• If the user submits a voluntary closure request
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted

If an account is closed while a balance remains and no Terms violation has occurred, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds through the standard process. However, if the closure is due to a Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

• Technical Errors or Outages from Third-Party Providers

• Unauthorized Third-Party Account Access
